Join Our Team as a Group Living Support Manager!

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as a Group Living Manager? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Group Living Support Manager to provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to the group living teams and oversees resource management for the evening hours of operation. The Group Living Support Manager is the first point of contact during the evening for crisis response and unit notifications. The Group Living Support Manager ensures policies, procedures, and agency standards are being met. The Group Living Support Manager oversees the evening services including crisis management as well as supports employee development and performance management within the southern Multiple Program team. The Group Living Support Manager collaborates and communicates with the group living team and other internal and external stakeholders.

Leadership
     * Supervise the multiple program worker team including; recruitment and selection, performance management, professional development, and staff discipline.
     * Provide leadership, guidance, and team development for all group living employees of the program including: facilitating individual and team meetings; overseeing and providing training and development plans; completing evaluations, reviews, and when applicable, performance improvement plans; participating in employee relations issues and investigations; providing post crisis debriefing; and providing advice and consultation.
     * Responsible to ensure direct reports have completed mandatory training.
     * Ensure policies, procedures, and agency standards are being met.
