Cameco is looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented, team player to join the organizational change management team in the support of the companys various initiatives including technology, process, and digital transformation.
In this role, you will:
-Focus on the people side of change, to help ensure Cameco realizes the benefits of the various projects and initiatives within the company
-Be responsible for stakeholder impact analysis and developing and executing change management plans (communications, training, resistance management, coaching and reinforcement)
-Pride yourself in building relationships with key stakeholders and view change management as an art as well as a science, focusing on the heart and the mind to achieve the desired behaviour change
-Work closely with sponsors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure the goals of the project are achieved and Cameco realizes the intended benefits.
Required:
-Bachelors degree in business administration, adult education, or a related discipline
-Five to eight years of applicable work experience
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-An aptitude for technology and computer applications
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
Recommended:
-Change management certification such as PROSCI
-SAP experience
-Microsoft SharePoint experience
-Experience leveraging Chama for planning, tracking, and reporting on OCM plans
