Description

Key responsibilities include:
Caring for our customers and making their post collision experience as seamless as possible
Learning and understanding general collision repair processes to educate and update our customers while their vehicle is in for repairs.
Learning and understanding insurance practices and procedures to be able to explain them clearly and concisely to our customers.
Creating detailed Repair Orders to ensure a successful repair process for our team and customers.
Communicating with insurance companies to clarify details on Repair Orders.
Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with our rental car company representatives.
Becoming an expert in our software systems and new software systems as they are introduced.
Booking customers for damage appraisals and coordinating appraisals with our Estimato.r
Finalizing Repair Orders to create smooth customer pick-ups.
Managing customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, text, website, email and in person in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
Managing a multi-line phone system with some high-volume traffic.
Administration work such as scanning, filing, processing payments, etc.
Support of our team in various capabilities (i.e. planning team events, stepping up to assist other roles).
