Facility: St. Paul's Hospital
Job Description: Under the direction of the Kidney Health Manager, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, dialysis procedure support and evaluation of patient care in the Kidney Health Access Program.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
CNA Certification in clinical practice area
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Experience
It will be desirable if you possess a knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques involved in performing nursing services relating to the care of patients at all stages of chronic kidney disease.  Clinical nursing experience with patients and families with chronic disease, in particular renal, is an asset.
