As a Handyman/woman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office, storage areas, and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining these spaces, providing general labor assistance, offering courier services, handling packages, managing inventory, running errands, and providing minor handyman and carpentry services. Duties and Responsibilities:*Organizing Office, Storage Areas, and Construction Sites: Maintain tidy and orderly spaces to facilitate smooth operations.*Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain cleanliness, and providing general laborer assistance as needed.*Courier Services: Offer courier services within Saskatoon as required.*Package Handling: Efficiently move packages and items to designated locations.*Inventory Management: Track supplies, equipment, and tools, and coordinate restocking as needed.*Errand Running: Meet various project needs by running necessary errands. *Handyperson Services: Provide minor handyman services for basic repairs and maintenance.*Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of vehicles and equipment through fueling, cleaning, detailing, maintenance checks, and light repairs.
* Other Duties: Be proactive in taking on additional tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications and Skills:*High Attention to Detail: Demonstrate thoroughness and meticulousness in completing tasks.*Safe Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.*Basic Handyman Skills: Have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work for minor repairs.*Basic Carpentry Skills *Safety Mindset *Multitasking *Team Player *Physically Fit Capable of lifting up to 50lb
