What you do at work matters. But who you are matters more. Get to know our members and help them reach their goals as a Member Service Representative (MSR) in our Contact Centre.

You will create exceptional member experiences by making a difference every day - whether you're processing routine transactions or making suggestions and referrals for financial products and services.  As an MSR II, it would be your job to provide a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as opening up memberships and deposit accounts, including terms, RRSP's and TFSA's.  A good MSR has strong communication skills and is able to utilize a variety of media, including but not necessarily limited to telephone, email and internet chat.

Post-secondary education in Business is the minimum requirement for this position, but you'll have a leg up if you have the ability to effectively use technology to integrate with other service delivery channels. One year experience in sales, customer service or a related field is required. If you know what makes Cornerstone Credit Union different and the products and services we provide, that's even better!
