Investment Planning Counsel is a leading financial planning firm dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. With a commitment to personalized service and strategic financial guidance, we empower our clients to make informed decisions about their financial future.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with client communication
- Prepare and organize client paperwork and documentation
- Maintain client files and database systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support financial planner in preparing reports, and presentations
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Criminal Record Check and References are required
- Interest in the financial planning industry is a plus

Schedule:
- Permanent Part-time position, actual hours to be discussed with successful candidate
- Flexible schedule, in the office between Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
