Responsibilities include:  

- Provide leadership and manage the day-to-day operations of the Regina Toyota dealership, supporting its growth and success as a Customer-centred organization and Employer of choice.  

- Lead employees through example, integrity and motivation. Demonstrate and lead on the values of the organization through coaching, development and maximizing employee potential.  

- Be the visionary to plan, implement and achieve corporate strategic goals, in collaboration with the Executive team.   Strive for continuous improvement, drive sales growth and profitability, and empower employee teams to achieve career and business success.
