Description

As a non-profit organization that is responsive to both industry and community needs, Saskatoon Trades and Skills Centre (STSC) delivers short-term trades and skills training, leading to entry-level jobs where workers are in high demand.

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized individual to act as a front facing member of our team providing a wide range of administrative and staff support activities ensuring the efficient operation of our programs.  

Duties include:

- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where
  necessary
- Monitoring visitor access
- Handling general public queries and ongoing customer support
- Providing support to job coaches in preparation for, and during
  training courses
- General administrative support to the office administrator and
  executive director

The successful candidate must be a team player and be familiar with Microsoft office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask are essential.

This position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program. To be eligible you must be aged between 15 and 30 and be legally entitled to work in Canada. International students are not eligible to apply.
