Actionwear FR has a full-time career opportunity for the position of Shipping Coordinator.  
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our shipping team to meet the demands of our production and shipping schedule.  

Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all shipments from and deliveries to the company, including all the associated administration and records, domestic and internationally
-Provide sales, purchasing and customers with freight estimates
-Prepare all logistics documentation, including customs and other export documents, bills of lading
-Affix identifying information and shipping instructions
-Maintain internal computerized record keeping systems
-Prepare documents for returns and exchanges
-Assist with organization and distribution of finished goods, route goods to the appropriate area within warehouse
The Shipping Coordinator co-operates in a cross- functional manner as a customer service representative;
-for stock inquires and order updates
- inventory control and stock taking
-Warehouse organization

Skills
-Must have great command of the English language, with excellent written and oral communication skills
d-Must be Detail oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team
-High School graduate or equivalent
-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
-Demonstrates a high level of initiative, diligence, and accountability in carrying out tasks
-Having previous experience in a shipping role is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge required:
    Database software
    Inventory control software
    MS Excel
    MS Outlook
    MS Word
    
Hours: Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM, Friday 8 AM to 2:30 PM
