Country Leathers MFG LTD is looking for a full-time job as Administrative Assistant
The work hour will be 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 12:45 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We closed at weekend and stat holidays.
This is a permanent job positon with wage of $24.75 per hour and the overtime rate will be $37.13 after 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week. We offer regular CPP, EI and holiday pay. Employee will receive 15 days paid vacation in one year and 14 days of nonpaid vacation.
As an administrative assistant, your duties included but are not limited to:
Performed daily administrative functions such as answering calls, monitored email and replied on behalf of the general manager regarding related issues.
Maintained, coordinated and updated the client database, records and mailing lists for our regular clients.
Managed all documentation (Purchase orders, contracts with supplier, invoices etc), designed and implemented various documents and business cards.
Transformed manual processes into a computerized, For example, Purchase order from client via fax, and well documented standard operating procedures system.
Scheduling meetings, Record and prepare minutes of meetings, writing multiple reports and other forms.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Provided constant and reliable administrative support to other team members.
