Eagles Nest is a non-profit organization dedicated to working with vulnerable youth in group home environments.  

We are seeking a full-time HR Administrator to work onsite in Prince Albert Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Manage the recruitment lifecycle and a list of casual employees
    Maintain an on-call schedule
    Provide assistance to and holiday coverage for on- & off-site HR teammates
    Facilitate enrollments into our benefits and employer-matched RSP plans
    Assist in developing & updating ENYR policies, procedures & print materials
    Maintain employee paper & electronic files, a clean & orderly office & adequate stock of the necessary supplies
    Book/organize meetings & interviews & accept registrations/RSVPs
    Attend meetings, take minutes, & facilitate the follow up on action items
    Facilitate training, incl that of HR teammates
    Provide guidance & assistance to managers regarding HR functions and employment legislation
    Other reasonable duties as required/assigned

COMPETENCIES:
    Exceptional resourcefulness and ability to hit the ground running
    Self-starter, exceptional initiative
    Excellent organizational skills, & attention to detail  

QUALIFICATIONS:
    Degree/diploma/certificate in HR and/or significant previous experience with recruitment or supporting an HR department
    Working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices and principles
    Proficiency with Office365 and MS Office Suite
    Strong accurate keyboarding skills
    Excellent communication skills
    Familiarity with First Nations culture is an asset
    Criminal Record Check is required
