Description

As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with developing and planning residential construction projects, overseeing progress from inception to completion in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your responsibilities will encompass budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of projects using various tendering processes. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution will be crucial. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will guarantee that all construction activities adhere to established timelines and budgets. Your expertise in managing projects will play a vital role in coordinating resources, resolving issues, and delivering successful project outcomes.

Requirements & Skills
Proven working experience in construction and/or construction management.
Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and
quality standards.
Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Familiarity with construction management software packages.
Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Leadership skills.
Excellent time management and project management skills.
A Project Management Designation would be considered an asset.
