Job Description
The Manager, Game Day & Fan Experience will primarily be responsible for ensuring Regina Pats fans are provided with a world class in-venue entertainment experience at the Brandt Centre for all Regina Pats home games.

Duties are focused on managing all elements of the game day experience inside the Brandt Centre for Regina Pats games, including but not limited to liaising with partners (IKS Media and Technology and Regina Exhibition Association Limited), overseeing part-time and volunteer staff, preparing game plans (scripts, rundowns etc.), and actively communicating game day activities with necessary contacts. This position will be responsible for the fan experience from the time they walk through the door, to the time that they leave the building.

The position will report to Executive Management to develop and implement the Pats game day strategy, with an emphasis on creating an engaging and exciting game night experience for all fans, while also fulfilling sponsorship obligations.  The role will require an individual who is committed to working irregular work hours, including all Pats home games (days/nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan, and develop a theme night schedule that brings Pats fans new experiences every year
- Understand partner objectives and create unique activations that promote their brand through experiences that are only possible at a Pats games
- Plan, manage, and execute the production of all Regina Pats home games
- Ensure all in-venue advertising and sponsorship obligations are fulfilled
- Liaise with REAL on facility related logistics
Prepare detailed game scripting, timing, and rundowns for public address announcer, game day staff and others
- Work with video production company (IKS) on in-venue video board experience
- Work with third party providers and vendors to ensure a cohesive gameday experience
