Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative and computer experience is mandatory
- Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
- Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products
- Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits
- Prepare and process payroll
-Pepare, process and remit the GST and PST
Requirements:
-Simply accounting knowledge a must have
- Office Adminstration/Bookkeeper experience is an asset but we will train the right applicant
- Sales experience is an asset
-Completed at least Grade 12
Benefit:
- Sales Comminssion
Min wage guaranteed but wage is negotiable
