Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OEM Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive warranties, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of OEM warranty claims, including submission, tracking, and reconciliation.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims according to OEM guidelines.
Communicate effectively with OEM representatives to resolve any issues or disputes related to warranty claims.
Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, and reimbursements.
Provide support and assistance to service advisors and technicians regarding warranty-related inquiries.
Stay up-to-date on changes to OEM warranty policies and procedures.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive warranty administration preferred.
Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
