Lovering Place Program Administrative Program Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Lovering Place Program Manager and the overall direction of the Director of Operations. The Administrative Program Assistant position is an integral part of a team-based approach in the provision of support services, financial and trustee services, and other day to day supports as required by the program participants. The Administrative Program Assistant is also integral in providing guest relations in collaboration with other staff on duty.
University degree (Social Work, Human Justice, Chemical Dependency) or equivalent level of training and experience.
Experience in budgeting and finances, bookkeeping experience an asset.
Strong computer literacy skills and experience with Microsoft Office products.
Minimum of two years experience working in the field of homelessness, mental health, and addictions.
