Supervises campers and ensures their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being.
Facilitate and support camp programs.
Follow and enforce all camp rules and policies.
Effectively communicate with campers, staff, and parents
Help campers adjust to camp and to each other; emphasize self-respect and respect for others; promote positive, healthy friendships; encourage through motivation.
Provides enjoyable experiences while still in a learning environment for camp participants.
Motivate campers to actively participate in all camp activities.
