Are you passionate about health and wellness? Interested in making a difference in people's lives? Consider joining our dynamic team at Saskatoon Naturopathic Medicine! We are looking for a full-time Patient Experience Coordinator to help our patients receive the best care possible - and it isn't hard because we have the best patients around.

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, friendly environment. As the first point of contact, you must be a strong multi-tasker who is able to shift priorities as needs arise. If you get overwhelmed when more than one thing pops up  this job will not be for you. You will be greeting patients, answering multiple phone lines, processing transactions, updating patient information in our EMR system, managing inventory, and keeping the clinic clean and organized.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Professionalism is non-negotiable. You must enjoy interacting with people and be compassionate to those suffering with illness. This job is a balanced mix of standard desk work and moving within the clinic  you may need to climb a small step ladder, unpack supplement and supply boxes, or carry a box of recycling outside to the bin. Previous administrative and/or medical office assistant work experience is an asset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Hours: 35 per week Monday-Friday
Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour but we are open to you wooing us with your experience during our conversation
Benefits: Health Spending Account after 3 months
Start Date: ASAP
