Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for guests
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and the ability to create new cocktails
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
