Job Description: The incumbent is responsible for the efficient operation of the recruitment and on-boarding process by ensuring accuracy in the areas of job requisitions, postings, awarding and orientation.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customer Service Excellence

Job Requisitions, Postings and Awards
-Tracking information related to the job process to measure performance
- The incumbent is responsible for preparing job postings and posting job vacancies including distribution, compilation of applications, and notation of seniority and closing the posting. This also requires posting jobs on various websites and additional advertising as requested.
- Check all Gateway Online postings for accuracy and problem solve issues in a timely fashion.
- Assisting Manager and applicants with the Gateway Online and other application processes and requisition process
- Ensure applicants lists are sorted by appropriate and categories to assist managers.
- Prepares all correspondences related to offers of employment, transfer, recognition of experience and education

Orientation - Pre, Regional General and Manager
- Assist applicants with the online pre-employment process
- The incumbent prepares employment packages and coordinates new employee enrollment with the Employee Health Officer, Payroll/Benefits Officers and Managers.
- The incumbent is responsible for signing up new hires and scheduling regional orientation.

Collective Agreement Provisions and other contracts
- Be knowledgeable of Collective Agreement provisions especially related to the employment function and provide advice to Managers and Employees in this regard.
