Description

The Saskatchewan Marshall Service (SMS) is a police service that will provide additional law enforcement presence throughout Saskatchewan with a focus on providing an increased presence in locations with higher crime rates and addressing high-risk, high-impact crimes such as those associated with gangs, illegal weapons, and drugs. In addition, the SMS will focus on apprehending high-risk and prolific offenders along with individuals with outstanding warrants and investigating farm-related offences like cattle theft, crop damage and trespassing.

The Saskatchewan Marshals Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join us in the role of Executive Coordinator.

As the Executive Coordinator, you will provide senior-level administrative leadership and office management support to the Chief Marshal and the Executive Team.

Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through:

A combination of formal education in business or office administration, combined with work experience in a similar role;
- Experience using a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Experience independently leading a project or managing a program; and, (if applicable)
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and mentoring staff. (if applicable)
