Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced paver/screed operator

Duties:

Operate heavy equipment, including pavers, skid steers and gravel truck

Pave roads, parking lots, pathways, driveways and patches using appropriate equipment

Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience:

3+ years experience operating the screed

1A preferred, Class 5 mandatory

Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Ability to operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Skills:

Screed Operation

Commercial driving (preferred)

Mechanical knowledge

Heavy equipment operation
