Job Responsibilities

    Implement streamlined operational processes and oversee the activities of clerical staff involved in tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing financial documents, administering payrolls, handling insurance claims, and collecting payments.

    Review and validate the accuracy of work, authorizing routine transactions and payments.

    Develop work schedules and protocols, coordinating with other departments for seamless workflow.

    Address any work-related issues and compile progress reports for management.

    Identify training requirements and provide guidance on job responsibilities and company policies to employees.

    Manage inventory by requisitioning necessary supplies and materials.

    Ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems and equipment, arranging for maintenance and repairs as needed.

    May perform the same tasks as supervised workers when necessary.
