Westwinds Country Motor Hotel has a bit of everything, large quiet rooms, a small but filling restaurant, a liquor store, and, a country bar. We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Front Desk Clerk position. As an employee, you will be able to take advantage of professional development as well as learning and growth opportunities.

Front Desk Clerk performs some or all of the following duties:
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Process group arrivals and departures
Take, cancel, and change room reservations
Provide information on hotel facilities and services
Provide general information about points of interest in the area
Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
Provide customer service
