Under the direction and guidance of the Program Manager, the Prenatal Outreach Coordinator will lead and coordinate elements within the KidsFirst NORTH program in the areas of prenatal and postnatal outreach and support.
Qualifications:
-Early Childhood Education (Levels 1, 2, or 3); or LPN, Health Birth Educator or Degree in a related field. Equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.
-Knowledge in early childhood development, family dynamics, and prevention strategies.
-Must possess effective communication skills (both oral and written) as well as strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
-Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member.
-Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
-Must possess a valid drivers license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and obtain a $2,000,000.00 liability insurance policy.
