We are seeking a Parts Counter Representative with experience working with recreational brands, such as Kawasaki. This position is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while supplying customers with parts products and dealer services.
Requirements:
Act as the first point of contact for retail customers and service operations.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: This includes addressing inquiries about parts, and their availability, conducting research on specific components, and providing cost estimates.
Assisting customers with Kawasaki parts inquiries, in person, on the phone and electronically.
Determine availability of parts and accessories; place special orders as required.
Provide price quotes and other related parts information.
Prepare parts orders for shipment, delivery, or collection.
Participate in parts inventory counting and stocking.
Inspect damaged parts brought in by customers to determine the proper replacement.
Identifying the necessary part(s) required on the basis of the customer's description of issues.
Accurately identifying Kawasaki vehicle parts for customers based on make, model, and year.
Ordering and receiving new parts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely availability of necessary components.
Work with other dealership departments to ensure seamless access to parts required for repairs and maintenance purposes.

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm & Saturday 9:00 am-2:00 pm
