Description

Do you have a deep understanding of building operations, contract management and procurement processes? Are you a team leader who excels in communication, actively collaborates, and drives positive interactions within their teams?

SGI is looking for Building Operations Managers in Regina and Saskatoon who will be responsible for managing and coordinating operations as it relates to preventative maintenance and ensuring properly maintained buildings and systems that provide effective work environments for SGI.

- Are experienced in facility operations, vendor and contract management and procurement processes.

- Are an articulate communicator with experience in drafting clear and concise emails, reports, and documentation.
Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration or Facilities Management, completion of a relevant facilities management designation/certification and six years directly related experience in facilities management or facilities operations. The successful candidate must hold a valid drivers license.
