Description

The Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority is seeking an experienced, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join its dynamic Information Technology Branch as a permanent full-time Technical Analyst (Server).

Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, the Technical Analyst provides tier 2 technical support, with the primary focus on the SLGAs server infrastructure and secondary support of client, network, printer and peripheral hardware and software. This position receives direction from the Technical Supervisor and Server Architect responsible for following Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based support processes. Core functions of the job include: the installation, configuration and maintenance of all server hardware and software; participating in weekend maintenance rotation.
