Job Description: The educator integrates skills from case management theory and principles of adult learning n the provision of education for the client care coordinators. Th incumbent will provide leadership that is visible, proactive an promotes delivery of skilled case management through th application of case management best practice standards, an understanding of th clinical an functional implications o  disease process a   knowledge o  CPAS processes a   protocols.  the educator will have a broad understanding o  th  health care system a   the implications f   case management.  The educator will support t   ongoing development o  th  case management model throught support f   designated research projects a   knowledge a   application o  national a   international case management practice.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
Experience
Requires a minimum of 2 years CPAS case management experience. Previous experience in adult education is strong asset.
