Description

The Job Coach - Grounds Keeping is responsible to function as a team member and perform duties that are necessary to complete grounds keeping services. He/she assists in supporting adults with diverse abilities to perform the required tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Set up and schedule lawn care services with new and existing customers.
2. Ensure that services for customers are completed in a timely manner.
3. Implement and review all safe work procedures and property safety plans.
4. Maintain records and complete invoicing.
5. Work along-side program participants and provide the necessary coaching and support.
6. Clean and perform routine maintenance and care of all equipment.
7. Cross-train for other duties/positions as deemed necessary.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Disability Support Worker Certificate or equivalent training in a related field is preferred.
Experience providing support for persons with diverse abilities is preferred. Experience with lawn care is an asset.

Must provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check prior to employment.
