Description

We are currently seeking a caring, compassionate, person centred  and enthusiastic individual to join our team! We are hiring for a Supportive living worker .

The role may include but is not limited to:
Supporting 1 on 1 in the community
Aiding the individual in meal prep, grocery shopping, budgeting, and general cleanliness of ones homes
Support individual in accessing community events and/or outings and activities.
Implements person centred plans

-Acts as a positive role model
-Understands and follows both positive and behavioural programming

-Provides overall life enrichment to individuals through both positive programming, community outings etc.
-Cooks, cleans and reports  maintenance concerns as necessary
-Other duties as assigned
