Full-Time Team Leader
Saskatoon Group Living
The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to supports, services, and employee performance. The Team Leader helps build communities of belonging in accordance to the core Values of Christian Horizons; Valuing People, Fostering Belonging, Serving Others and Respecting Gifts. They respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Christian Horizons, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy, respect and integrity in their dealings with persons supported, other employees and both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
    Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
    Valid class 5 Saskatchewan Driving License and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred:
    2 years Developmental Services experience
    College diploma/Degree in related Field of Developmental Services, DSW equivalent
