Description

Finance & Human Resources Student
Assist the administration department with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Will assist with annual asset inventory control.
Assist with the implementation of M365 and the development of training material.
Assist with routine IT tasks such as updating software, preparing tutorials and assigning equipment to employees.
Assist with the development and amendments to finance and human resource policies
Assist with job competitions and interview processes.

Learning Operations & Governance Student
Assist with preparation of training materials, logistics and operational requirements relating to course delivery.
Assist with the review, design, and development of SFNFCI youth resources.
Assist the Executive Director with capturing corporate history through a digitization project.
Assist with a marketing campaign of SFNFCI services.
Assist with M365 training and implementation.
Assist with the preparation of the annual general assembly and other meetings from the Executive Directors Office.
Assist with the development of standard operating procedures.

Research & Curriculum Student
Assist with review, research and development of various course modules offered by SFNFCI.
Assist with development of curriculum for various modules in relation to services provided to First Nations organizations.  
Assist with preparation of various training materials and services to multiple organizations.
Assist with design and development of computerized training aids to enhance training.
Develop and maintain research database that may be utilized to develop and review curriculum.
