The position will engage youth and families to determine key vulnerability factors to crime.
The position will mobilize human service partners to identify support delivery opportunities.
The position will act as a liaison, sharing interests, concerns, and ideas to project partners.  
The position will collect information to help support development of prevention tools/resources.
The position will support the piloting and implementation of a vulnerability reduction model.  
The position will support youth, individuals, and families in connecting with services and supports.  
The position will promote the project within the community and to external stakeholders.  
The position will assist Muskoday administration in regular reporting to project partners/funders.

Candidate Qualifications

Strong writing abilities and listening skills.  
Proven ability to develop rapport with vulnerable individuals and families.  
Experience planning and facilitating effective community consultations/engagement sessions.  
Experience engaging key populations (e.g., Elders, youth, caregivers, vulnerable families).  ?     Good organization skills and reporting abilities.  
Relevant human service experience identifying needs of individuals and/or families.
Able to demonstrate effective ability to analyze and communicate workplace observations.    
Must pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.  
Post-secondary training is considered an asset but is NOT required.
