We currently have an opening for an IT Support Technician in our Saskatoon office. Your duty will be to support the Saskatchewan/Manitoba region staff in achieving their work goals, through the effective use of technology. You will have a diligent client service approach, ensuring that staff feel supported in their IT needs, and that IT services are continually functional and available. You will also operate as a remote extension of the Corporate IT group, monitoring and prioritizing activities through the ticketing system, and delivering exceptional service to laptop, desktop, smart phone, and software end-users across the company. You will work closely with the companys other Canada-wide IT Support Technicians, both within and outside of SASK. You will be responsible for managing accounts and passwords, set-up and configuration of desktop and laptop computers, maintaining IT inventory, and supporting all IT programming. You will also provide reports to local and Corporate management regarding major IT issues, budgets, and inventory.
