Job Summary:
The Nursing Early Learning & Childcare Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Early Learning Centres and is overall accountable for leading and directing all aspects of Hope's Home daycare operations, ensuring all legislated requirements are followed. Through each interaction with staff, children, parents/caregivers, and supporting professionals, the Manager ensures the culture of the work environment is in alignment with Hope's Home Vision, Purpose, and Values. They facilitate the development of a cohesive leadership team and demonstrate and promote a supportive, engaging and inclusive work environment. They are responsible for maintaining and upholding all standards for nursing practice and advocating for the needs of each child. All daycare employees at the centre report into this position.
