About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Provider Services, eHealth Saskatchewan is looking for a confident, motivated, and results oriented individual with strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills for the Senior Business Analyst position.

The Senior Business Analyst provides the vital link between the business side of the solution and the technology side of the solution. The Senior Business Analyst takes the conceptual design bringing it to the physical implementation, while at the same time considering the impacts on the enterprise architecture. They will drive the project team to achieve consensus about the content and design of the solution among the demands of their other roles, and justify the approach to the project stakeholders. This role is responsible for providing business improvement services to eHealth Saskatchewan. A key role is to assist with translating eHealths corporate vision and needs into desired outcomes through the deployment of information technology.

The ideal candidate will be technically sound, with a broad base of knowledge, experience and the ability to relate the technical issues to the underlying needs of the business. They will provide guidance to the development team on the specific business requirements and processes requested in the solution and will be able to grasp the implications of technical details very rapidly and understand their inter-relationships and the impact on the environment into which the solution will be deployed. The Senior Business Analyst will also be able to discuss those impacts with the project stakeholders to quickly resolve any conflicts between the proposed solution and the enterprise architecture.
