Action Restoration Services is a leading restoration and renovation company dedicated to preserving and revitalizing homes and commercial properties after disasters such as fire, flood, and storm damage. We are currently seeking an Emergency Mitigation Technician to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in mitigating and restoring properties to their pre-loss condition while providing excellent customer service. This position offers hands-on experience in restoration, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- respond to emergency calls and assist in disaster recovery efforts
- perform water extraction, drying and dehumidification
- remove and dispose of damaged materials
- clean and sanitize affected areas
- mold remediation when necessary
- ensure safe and proper use of tools and equipment
- maintain detailed records of work performed
- collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a bonus
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in emergency situations
- commitment to safety protocols and industry best practices
- must complete a criminal record check

Wage based on experience - $16-24/hr
