Spearing Service is an Oilfield Transportation Company with 3 locations in SE Saskatchewan and 1 in SW Manitoba.  
We are seeking an experienced Shop Supervior to join our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, including managing staff, delegating tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.  The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a strong understanding of shop operations and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel.
Ensure that shop personnel adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain records of production, inventory, and personnel activities.
Train new employees in shop operations and safety procedures.
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
Schedule and assign work to shop personnel.
Perform regular maintenance on shop equipment.
