Description

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Workplace Experience Manager at Vendasta, you'll be at the heart of our organization's operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for our CEO while also shaping the workplace experience for our team.

Responsibilities
As a Executive Assistant to the CEO & Workplace Experience Manager you'll work directly with the CEO, and all divisions at Vendasta to:

Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Serving as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, relaying messages, and ensuring effective communication channels.
Provide a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the S-Team.
Overseeing office operations and facilities management to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
Planning and coordinating internal meetings, events, and company-wide activities, including team-building exercises.
Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, such as organizing social events and wellness programs.
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, managing timelines, tasks, and resources as needed.
Optimize the workplace to work for all Vendastians whether in office, hybrid or remote.
Collaborate with People Operations and GMs to organize new hire events/tours, divisional onboarding and various events.

You will be expected to provide strategic support in addition to tactical, reactive support for the CEO and Senior Leadership team.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our CEO and the Executive team.
