Job Description:
This is an entry-level position; no experience and training are required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow with us, and be a team player in either Fabrication or Final Assembly departments.
We will provide on the job training in the final assembly and fabrication departments.

Final Assembly Duties:
-Maintain schedule and deadline requirements
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Perform safety inspections of hoists, forklifts, and any other equipment as needed
-Ensure paint and welds meet Schultes quality objectives
-Take instruction and assignments from Supervisors

Fabrication Duties:
-Report any non-conforming product
-Ensure paint and welds meet Schultes quality objectives
-Use various machines
-Assist CNC Laser and Plasma operators

Requirements:
-No previous experience, training, or relative education needed
-Communicate effectively
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Willingness to learn
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
-Have a class 5 drivers license
-Willing to relocate to Englefeld and/or Humboldt area
