To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING & EVOLVING we are looking for a Business System Specialist II to join our fast-paced & energetic organization working out of any of our locations.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support and problem resolution for business applications.
Work with departments to understand and align applications with business processes.
Provide training to end-users to maximize use of business applications.
Work with application vendors to customize and configure systems to meet business needs.
Work with application vendors to oversee application updates, maintenance, and ensure consistent performance and minimize disruption.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper management of data within business applications.
Creating and maintaining documentation regarding the maintenance and support of business applications.
Managing and participating in projects as assigned.

Requirements
Strong information seeking, troubleshooting and communication skills are required
Up-to-date skills and knowledge of business applications
Must be willing to travel to remote store locations and provide support outside of standard business hours on an as-needed basis
5+ years of relevant experience with Business Information systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, CRMs, or dealership business applications
Certifications or experience with IT Service Management, Project Management, CRM solutions, or data management are an asset.
