Phoenix Residential Society is a non-profit community based organization providing recovery- oriented psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals with psychiatric disorders; concurrent disorder (psychiatric & substance abuse); acquired brain injury (ABI) and other cognitive disabilities; and individuals who are chronically homeless.
Phoenix Residential Society has an opening for a full time permanent position as the Director of Operations. The Director of Operations, under the direction of the Executive Director, is responsible for the managing the day-to-day operations necessary to ensure that the organization achieves its objectives. The Director is also
responsible for the coordination and overarching management and assessment of the Intensive Mental Health and Lovering Place Programs. The Director is expected to take a leadership role in the strategic planning, development and continuous improvement of Phoenix services.
