Salary: $18.00 Hourly, for 30.00 to 40.00 Hours per week

Education: Completion of high school

Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience

Tasks:

Provide care and companionship for residents in our care homes
Provide care and companionship for the families of the residents
Assist residents with their daily personal care and encourage them for independence
Administer bedside and personal care to clients such as aid in ambulation, bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing/undressing
Plan and prepare meals and special diets, and feed or assist in feeding clients
Perform non-sterile dressings
Assist in the administration of medications and collecting specimens under the general direction of home care agency supervisor or nurse
Arrange for recreation activities for residents
Perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry washing dishes and making beds
Follow the care home's policies and procedures
Assist in facilitating concerns and complaints from clients
Adheres to best practices when performing treatments
Provides clients with the knowledge and assistance to learn appropriate self-care techniques
Complete reports and record-keeping
