The Provincial Capital Commission (PCC) provides enhanced visitor experiences and educational programming in Wascana Centre and at the Government House to inspire pride in Saskatchewan's Capital City. The Provincial Capital Commissions strategic focus is to enhance the quality of life in the Capital city by creating community partnerships, promoting visitor experiences, and providing stewardship of the land and assets we manage. We are looking to add a Rental Facilitator to our team. This position reports to the Manager, Outreach and Visitor Experience.
As a Rental Facilitator, you will:
- Assist in setting up tables and chairs for events.
- Assist and monitor event rentals in accordance with the rental agreement.
- Handle audio and video equipment.
You will need the ability to:
- Effectively communicate with a variety of audiences.
- Be courteous and professional to members of the public.
- Understand verbal and written instructions.
- Use audio and video equipment.
- Lift up to 8kg.
This is a Permanent Part-Time position with shifts occurring occasionally on weekends and evenings.
