The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in various areas and providing support to the CMHA Battlefords Branch board and team as needed in accordance with the agency mandate, goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Receptionist duties (phones, mail, visitor/member/customer interactions); Office administration (managing schedules and meetings, office supplies, filing, shredding, recycling, shopping); Membership administration (collection and distribution of memberships, record keeping, promotion); Supporting the Executive Direction with financial administration (bookkeeping including processing accounts payable & accounts receivable, bank deposits, budget, audit);Supporting the Executive Director with grants, fundraising, special events, annual general meeting, reporting; Supporting the Executive Director with the promotion of programs, services and initiatives ;Supporting the Executive Director with payroll and human resource matters as needed; perform other office duties as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Business Administration Diploma or equivalent of 2 years or more experience in the administrative field.
Bookkeeping and basic accounting practices, experience with Sage 50.
Payroll administration, experience with ADP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
