IEI searching for an Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for clients, this receptionist must be able to multi-task by greeting clients, answering numerous phone lines, processing transactions, updating client information, and sorting and distributing the mail while supporting department needs. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This receptionist must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times. Requirements: - Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel - Must be able to type 45+ WPM.
Qualifications
Office experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Minimum grade 12 education
