Are you a reliable, outgoing individual who has a strong interest in sales, skin health, and is dedicated to offering exceptional customer service? If so, we would love to meet you! We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a temporary full time Client Relations and Operations Lead. This is a 18 month term with potential for permanent employment.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Accountable for ensuring a high level of customer service and operational excellence
Receive phone calls on our multi line system
Greet clients and individuals in a professional manner
Schedule appointments in accordance with the booking policy
Ensure that all front desk and operations policies are adhered to
Process transactions for retail and service sales
Maintain accurate information in Jane App Software
Ensure client information is kept confidential at all times
Maintain a clean workspace, retail area and client waiting area
Perform special projects as assigned
Perform client retention duties
Maintain a thorough knowledge base regarding our skin care and service offerings.
Educate clients on our skin care lines and provide recommendations.
Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
Ideal candidate is interested in leadership opportunities, has strong relationship building skills and is comfortable learning and using software systems. Experience with Jane App is considered an asset.
