For over 25 years Northern Fireplace has been Saskatchewans Leading Hearth provider. Our focus is supplying and Installing gas, wood and electric fireplaces to builders and the retail public. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
As part of the team at Northern Fireplace your responsibilities will be to:
Provide excellent customer service to builders, contractors, trades and the general public.
Prepare quotes for clients.
Assist customers in person and over the phone with all their inquiries
Handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and assist in all aspects of the business when needed.
Work with technical drawings, plans and manufacturers manuals.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2yrs customer service/sales experience
Have experience with and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, MS Office, email systems and POS systems
Be self-motivated, organized and have excellent communication skills
Be energetic, ambitious and polite
Be able to work as part of team and assist in all avenues of business operations
Be able to meet deadlines and call on clients when required
Ability to assists clients and co-workers while making decisions and providing solutions
Experience in the Fireplace or Construction Industry is an asset but not required
